I welcome people from a wide range of careers and life paths as my own journey has included many peaks, several valleys, and many unexpected detours. I balance practical solutions with careful listening to your unique needs. Together, we will choose between competing priorities, and trying to survive, yet still, find peace and joy in some moments. I love to help people find their own paths. Nobody knows you like you do.

As a Certified Advanced Practitioner in Mind-Body Skills, CBT, IFS, RLT, MI, Mindfulness and other modalities I empower you with tools for healing.

Born in NYC and raised in the Willamette Valey of Oregon since 3rd grade, I now live in Sherwood with my grown children and grandchildren nearyby. I am also a teacher, a gardener, and a advocate. I look forward to connecting with you.
